We have special labs for testing the quality of dehydrated vegetables and spices. Quality inspectors conduct Microbiology tests like Yeast, Standard Plate Count, E-coli, Coli form, Salmonella and Physical tests like Sensory/Color, Moisture, and Sieve Analysis and make sure that quality is supplied in Indian and International markets. For good appearance and enhanced shelf life, White Onion Granules, Dehydrated Garlic Flakes and other products are packed hygienically and stored carefully by our trained storekeeper. For easy and faster identification of different packing and types of products, we keep them in different pallets and write description of products like size and type on pallet.

We have in our network certified and committed suppliers, traders, farmers, and Co-operative Societies, who make available for us fresh and good quality vegetables. Every produce of vegetable is tested in a lab after which it is dehydrated and packed. We maintain hygiene and safety while procuring and testing.

Our capacious warehouse makes it possible for us to store a large quantity of onions, beetroot, garlic, and other vegetables that is later to be processed. All the vegetables are processed under hygienic conditions so that the flavor and aroma of vegetables are retained. For storage of Final Processed Dehydrated Garlic Flakes, Dehydrated White Onion Powder, we have other unit. At this unit, pests, environmental control of temperature, and various other things like these are payed focus on. Onions lasts from January to August, but since we have huge Cold Storage Facility, it gives us flexibility in providing customers dehydrated products every season.

We have a Semi-Automatic type production unit in Gujarat, where specialized and trained supervisors keep an eye on every stage of production process so as to minimize the chances of contamination in food products while chopping, mixing, and grinding. We perform automated processes and make use of modern systems for processing. Following are the stages of how we begin production work:
- Vegetables quality check
- Top and tailing (peeling)
- Machine peeling of vegetables and washing with chlorinated water
- Extra washing of vegetables with sterile water (10ppm cl-2)
- First stage drying using imperial dryer
- Second stage drying using hot air continuous belt dryer
- Cooling in continuous belt air
- Skin removing of vegetables by air aspiration
- Sorting color by using color sorting machine
- Cleaning/Detection of processed products using Shortex Machine, Metal Detection & Rare Earth Magnet
- Weighing & Packing in different packs and quantities.
