About Us

Vegetable chopping is a hectic task because it consumes a lot of time. Be it for commercial food makers or residential food makers, vegetable chopping is undeniably the most tough task. Also, storing fresh vegetables requires space and if there's a large quantity of food to be made, storing becomes the second most big issue. Keeping in mind the problems faced by general public and commercial food makers, Kirti Foods Pvt. Ltd. brings forth a quality assortment of Dehydrated Vegetables, which needs no further chopping and requires less space for storing. We are a 1993 born Manufacturer and Exporter of not only dehydrated vegetables like Dehydrated White Onion, Dehydrated Red Onion, Dehydrated Pink Onion, Dehydrated Garlic, but also Spices like Turmeric, and Cumin Seeds

Since inception, we have been committed to offer quality products which is why we have set up a modern production facility and equipped it with technologically advanced Metal Detection & Aspirator and Auto Color Sorter Machine, which cleans Dehydrated Products and separates discolored particles, impurities.

We have special labs for testing the quality of dehydrated vegetables and spices. Quality inspectors conduct Microbiology tests like Yeast, Standard Plate Count, E-coli, Coli form, Salmonella and Physical tests like Sensory/Color, Moisture, and Sieve Analysis and make sure that quality is supplied in Indian and International markets. For good appearance and enhanced shelf life, White Onion Granules, Dehydrated Garlic Flakes and other products are packed hygienically and stored carefully by our trained storekeeper. For easy and faster identification of different packing and types of products, we keep them in different pallets and write description of products like size and type on pallet.

Production Process

We have a Semi-Automatic type production unit in Gujarat, where specialized and trained supervisors keep an eye on every stage of production process so as to minimize the chances of contamination in food products while chopping, mixing, and grinding. We perform automated processes and make use of modern systems for processing. Following are the stages of how we begin production work:
  • Vegetables quality check
  • Top and tailing (peeling)
  • Machine peeling of vegetables and washing with chlorinated water
  • Extra washing of vegetables with sterile water (10ppm cl-2)
  • Slicing/cutting/Chopping/grinding
  • First stage drying using imperial dryer
  • Second stage drying using hot air continuous belt dryer
  •  Cooling in continuous belt air
  • Skin removing of vegetables by air aspiration
  • Sorting color by using color sorting machine
  • Cleaning/Detection of processed products using Shortex Machine, Metal Detection & Rare Earth Magnet
  • Weighing & Packing in different packs and quantities.
